The traditional process imparts a fresh, layered fragrance and a naturally sweet character. This white tea comes from Bai Ying Shan (白鶯山) in Lincang (臨滄), Yunnan.
Bai Ying Shan’s tea mountains are known for their rich biodiversity and are often called a natural gene bank for tea trees. Leaves from this region carry a distinctive floral and fruity fragrance. When processed into white tea, these qualities are highlighted, showcasing the raw material’s inherent sweetness and aroma. We use the traditional sun-drying method, which preserves the tea’s clean, delicate scent at first taste and allows excellent potential for transformation during aging.
This is a classic white tea process: no pan-firing, no rolling, no baking.

這款白茶來自雲南臨滄的白鶯山。白鶯山茶山品種非常豐富，被譽為茶樹的天然基因庫。這裡的原料帶有獨特的花果香，製作成白茶能突出原料本身的香甜。工藝上，我們沿用傳統白茶日曬工藝，這種工藝初飲時帶有自然清香，經過存放後期轉化空間更佳，屬於經典的白茶製作方式，不炒、不揉、不烘。
